Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of agrisynX, a farm operations and AI farm-intelligence platform (the "Service"), provided by agrisynx ("we", "us"). When you use the Service you are contracting with agrisynx.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age.

2. The Service

agrisynX helps you record farms, fields, crop cycles, tasks, inventory and harvests, and provides AI features such as a farm copilot, crop photo analysis, weather risk alerts and recommendations. Features available to you depend on your plan (see Pricing).

3. Your account

Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service, including:

• using it unlawfully, for fraud, or to send spam;
• infringing anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• interfering with security — uploading malware, probing, scraping, or attempting to access other users' data;
• reverse engineering, reselling, or circumventing plan limits or technical restrictions;
• using the AI features to generate illegal, hateful or deceptive content, or attempting to jailbreak or bypass safety controls.

5. AI features and accuracy

You are responsible for the prompts and photos you submit, for having the rights to them, and for how you use AI outputs. AI outputs — including crop health assessments and recommendations — may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a substitute for professional agronomic, veterinary, chemical-safety or legal advice. Verify important decisions (e.g. spraying, applying treatments) with a qualified adviser and follow product labels and local regulations. We may filter or refuse outputs and remove content that breaches these Terms. Rights holders may report infringing content to us; repeated infringement may lead to account termination.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the farm data and photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide and improve the Service for you.

7. Intellectual property

agrisynx retains all rights in the Service, including its software, documentation, design and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your plan.

8. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled; you can cancel any time from Plan & billing and keep access until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.

9. Service level

We work to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Weather data comes from third-party providers and may be delayed or wrong. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost crops, profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. After termination you can request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

12. Changes and general

We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. Questions: support@agrisynx.com.
